Don't Worry, We Can Help

If you worry that you may be a target or suspect or if you have already been arrested, we can help. Our practice focuses on intensive early intervention into the root of the problem. We assess the crisis, set a strategy and then exhaust all means to make the problem go away. Cases are sought to be resolved in the least harmful way to our client's future. But if that resolution cannot be reached, then rest assured that you have experienced trial attorneys, former longtime prosecutors, battling for you if the case needs to be fought. Be Cautious When Passing Bicyclists

Do you know how to pass bicyclists safely? NH law requires that when passing a bicyclist, drivers should leave a reasonable and cautious distance of at least three feet when the vehicle is traveling at 30 miles per hour or less. Be sure to share the road next time you are passing a bicyclist. NHRSA 265:143-a

Unlike riders shown in this photo, please wear a helmet! Bicyclists less than 16 years of age are required to wear a helmet by NH law RSA 265:144. "
